Freeform solids creation
- [Instructor] In this video, we'll take a look at creating our own organic freeform solids from scratch in Rhino for Mac. I've got the example file "Solids-freeform.3dm" open. And if you'd like, you can skip ahead and take a look at what we end up with in the freeform solids layer. But for now, I'll just work in the default layer and make everything step by step. The object that I'm imagining is maybe some sort of a vessel, it might be a teakettle or a vase, that we could have 3D printed out of some sort of cool material, maybe ceramic or glass, something like that. And I'm not going to focus too much on overall precision here. There are some places where I'll make sure that edges and surfaces match up with each other, but, other than that, I'm going to keep it loose and have fun with the modeling process.
