Generating isometric and exploded views

- [Instructor] Coming up next, we're going to generate isometric and exploded views of our project. If you aren't familiar with these terms, let's check out a few examples. So with an isometric view, and we have two examples here. One is shaded and one's more of line art. The simplest way to describe an isometric is there's no perspective and they also use two fixed angles so all the edges going away from the viewer aren't that exact same angle. And that is in contrast to a perspective where things get smaller the farther away they are. You also have a horizon line and a vanishing point and if you trace some of the edges you will see they connect at that vanishing point. With our project, here's a simple perspective view where you can see things getting smaller in the distance and then bring it full circle.
