Laying the small stones and prongs
- [Voiceover] We're gonna now look into laying the stones and prongs to our halo. Let me first go here to our model and shift-select the halo surface and then the curve. And we're gonna go now and lock everything else using the Ctrl+Alt+W command. Wanna go to Import using Ctrl+Shift+I. And we're gonna bring in our stone with the cutter. It's a regular 1.5mm stone. And I built a cutter already. We also wanna bring in our prongs. So, I have them already pre-made. So, Ctrl+Shift+I. Then we'll just select the prongs. Just two prongs, coned with the tapering surface to it. So, I'm gonna undo an put it back into position. And let's put it on our halo. And the first thing you wanna to do is select the cutter with the stone. We're gonna zoom back and we're gonna use our Move command because it's already located in the zero coordinate. I'm going to go to Transform, Move, and we'll start from zero. So, hit F+4. And just zoom into to where the curve is and put it right on it's quad at the top…
