- In this video, I'd like to cover some bonus tips that didn't fit anywhere else, but were just too darn useful to leave out. Let's first talk about zooming and panning. You might have noticed I move around the viewport pretty freely. But a lot of times you can get off-center so your zoom and pan makes no sense at all. Here's a great way to reset your screen. I'm going to select any object in the scene. This could be the roof or a line, doesn't matter. And up here on the standard toolbar we have this Zoom Selected. That brings whatever object was selected into the center, but very importantly, it's now the new center of rotation. So you can really focus in on that. This is so handy I'd like to introduce now making a keyboard shortcut so you can access this quicker. Especially if this standard toolbar is not open and available. Let's go into the Tools, Options.
