Rotating objects with rotate and gumball

- [Instructor] Let's take a look at rotating objects in Rhino for Mac. This is another fundamental modeling skill that you'll need for just about every single project. We can rotate a few different ways in Rhino using the rotate or the rotate 3D commands, as well as using the gumball. I've opened up transform-rotate.3dm from the exercise file. I've got an example object here that will rotate, so let's take a look at the rotate command first, and this command rotates around one of the orthogonal axes, either x, y, or z, and we can find it under the Transform menu. So go ahead and click Rotate. I'll select my object to rotate and click done, then we'll pick a center of rotation, and depending on where I place this point, I'll get different effects on where the rotation ends up. For now, I'll just work in the top view port, and I'll set the center of rotation at the world top. So I've got my grid snap active, so I should be…
