Selecting objects

- Most of the editing that we'll do in Rhino 5 for Mac requires us to make a selection of one or more objects in our file. That's how Rhino knows where to apply the commands that we give it. So, let's look at a few ways that we can make selections. Here I have a bunch of different objects. Things like points, curves, surfaces, solids, polygon meshes, and if I wanted to select any individual object in this file, I can just go ahead and click on it. By default, we'll be able to see selected objects highlighted in yellow. If I wanted to select multiple objects, I could just hold down shift and continue to click. Maybe grab a few points here. And the circle too. So by shift clicking, I'm building up a group of selected objects. If I wanted to remove individual objects from the group I could hold command, and click, and that would remove them from the group.
