- [Voiceover] We're gonna go now and look at building out the lines for the shank. I'm gonna switch over now to the front view. We're gonna take the finger size guide here and we're gonna copy it into the work layer again. Copy Objects to Layer. And from here we can hide the original finger size guide. We're gonna take this group of curves and text and we're gonna ungroup it. You can hit Ctrl+Shift+G. And you can see ungroup has been initiated. And we can delete just the text right here. Gonna establish the thickness at the bottom and the side. So, we'll draw a line starting at the quad at the bottom. And again, we can go at very small number, like 1.8. For engagement rings, you really don't need a very heavy ring, especially in the shank area. But you need to have it structurally sound enough that it won't bend or break. And a thin number like 1.8 is good enough. For the side thickness, you can go with something like 2 or 2.5 Cause you have to think about the person wearing it almost…
