- [Narrator] We are now at the stage where we can take this cuff and apply thickness. Now that we have established the curves for the borders of the openings, we can now take the polysurface here and we can split it with some of these curves. So I'm gonna go ahead and take the polysurface and use the split tool. I'm gonna use this curve on the inside here to open it up with the inside. I'm just gonna take this surface here and delete it. When you're working with enamel, you have to understand that there will be a half millimeter offset going in and the floor of the enamel has to maintain one millimeters. So when you're essentially building the wall for any enamel you have to make sure you have a one and a half millimeter thickness. But the issue is you cannot make the overall cuff one and a half millimeters. That's just way too much metal to be working with, and very costly. The remainder of the body needs to maintain one millimeters and the enamel floor needs to be one and a half. So…
