Welcome

(soft music) - [Voiceover] Hello this is Dave Schultze, and welcome to Rendering for Product Design with Rhino and V-Ray. Using a retro-inspired designed research project called the Fish Eye Frame, we'll learn my favorite techniques for creating beautiful renderings. These techniques are designed to help you sell or promote all of your design concepts. I'll start off by showing the difference between a good rendering and a bad rendering, then I'll show you how to set up your own virtual photography studio, and how to effectively arrange the camera, backdrop, and lighting. We'll then dig deeper and check out ways to customize your materials, graphics, and how to save time with some compositing tips. We'll be covering all of these features, plus lots of my favorite personal tips and tricks, and try to make rendering fun. Alright, let's get going with Rendering for Product Design with Rhino and V-Ray.
