- [Instructor] I'll be working with Rhino in this course to create my design. I'll be using KeyShot as well to create the rendering for the model. If you are not familiar with any of these softwares, you can check out one of the many courses on our online training library to get yourself a little bit more comfortable using these. You can always follow along with the software that you may know better, that's comparable if you'd like. We will be using common industry techniques to develop production models. Also, I'll be using a CAD drawing from my other course, Product Design: From Sketch to CAD. So, if you'd like to begin there and actually sketch and convert that image into the 2D CAD model, go for it. If not, you can easily start here with a 2D screwdriver model that I've already designed.
