- When it comes to organizing toolpads I like to start with the simplest stuff and move on to the more complex elements. It's also good to work from the inside out so you don't cut the outer profile of the object until the interior details have been MILLed. The simplest interior details we've got are drilling pads so let's start there. Okay, so as with any machining operation I'll click on this little other window and select Mop Set or Machining Operation Set and this is really just organizational but I'll rename this Drilling because there's two different drilling pads we're gonna make on this model. Next up, I'll click on Holes and then I'll click on Drill. So, this brings up all of the options that we would potentially need when making a drilling path but there's actually relatively few things we're gonna change.
