Setting stock, location, and size

- Stock is the general term for the physical material that we plan to MILL. Though the ultimate shape of the finished object will be quite complex the form of our stock will start out as a simple rectangular block. This makes it easier to communicate the exact dimensions and location of the stock to RhinoCAM so the program knows exactly where to start the cut. Okay, so you can see here we don't have any stock set yet although I do have my guitar body located in positive X and Y territory, and then also in negative Z territory. So, I'll show you more about why I have that preference later but for right now, trust me. Okay, so let's set up the stock. The first thing we can do sort as an experiment is to click on our guitar body and to type in BoundingBox. I'll need to hit enter again and this is a really useful command. You'll see that Rhino automatically takes the object or group of objects and paints the smallest possible rectangular volume that would control them or rather contain…
