- [Instructor] There may be times when your learners just don't have time to take a formal e-learning course, and in those cases, you can still help learners quickly access the information they need to perform their on-the-job tasks by giving them a PDF of the course, so they can use that as a job aid. Here's how it works. So I'm here in Rise and I'd like to create a PDF of my course to share with my learners. So I'm just going to begin by opening the course from my dashboard, and then in the upper right corner up here, just click Export, and the default export type at the top right here is for LMS. Well, we want to choose the second option, which is PDF, and you can see there really are no settings or anything to customize. Go ahead and click Export one more time in the upper right corner, and Rise will compile a PDF and then auto-download that course, as well as email you a link when it's ready. Now…
