- [Instructor] Once you've identified your training goals, you're now ready to start gathering all of the relevant content and resources you can get your hands on. Now, a great place to find that content is with trusted experts. This includes experts internal to your organization, as well as any national experts you have access to, project stakeholders, managers, subject matter experts, even your corporate guidelines and documentation are a great place to start. For emergency response training, I'd start with the company's safety team. Most likely the safety team will already have emergency procedures in place for responding to a variety of threats. In fact, they might have a lot of content for you to go through and that's when you'll need to start organizing the content.
