- [Instructor] Whether you're an e-learning pro or just getting started building courses, the prebuilt templates at Rise are a great place to start when you need to design training quickly. Let me show you how they work. So I'm starting here in my Rise 360 dashboard, and I've just been tasked with creating a new course on emergency response training. Since this is a new course, I'll begin by clicking the New Course button and you can see I have two options here for creating a new course. Now, if I already had my content designed and ready for development, I could start with a blank course and then begin authoring my course directly in Rise. But since I'm facing a tight deadline, and honestly, I don't have a lot of knowledge about this type of training, I'm going to start with one of Rise's templates.
