- [Instructor] Once you've finished your emergency response course, chances are, other Rise 360 authors will want to copy. Rather than you creating a new course for each user, you can send a copy of your course with those users, who could then modify and personalize the course for their own needs. Here's how it works. Starting here in my Rise 360 dashboard, and I want to send a copy of this COVID-19 course. When I'm ready to send it, just hover over the course tile, click the ellipse button right there, and then choose Send a Copy. Add an email for one or more users, and if you're adding multiple users, add an email address for each user, just separating each email with a comma. If you want to personalize the message below, you can. And when you're ready, just click send. That's it.
