What you need to know

- [Instructor] Well here's what you need to know to follow along with me in this course. Firstly, to use Rise 360, you need to have an Articulate 360 account. If you don't, but you'd like to try it out with me, you can get a free 60-day trial at articulate.com. Rise 360 is compatible with most browsers and to author courses with Rise you'll need one of the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge in a Windows environment and Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on the Mac. And when it comes to simply viewing Rise 360 courses, these same browsers will all work and so will Internet Explorer 11 on Windows computer as well as Safari and Chrome on Apple and Android mobile devices. Lastly, there are a few exercise files that come with this course, mainly media files we'll be adding to our e-learning course as we built it. But because Rise 360 is Cloud-based, there are no actual course files included. You'll need to follow along with me from the very beginning and in order as we create our e-learning course in stages. Now, if you don't have access to the exercise files, not to worry, you can follow along with your own files or still learn lots by simply sitting back, relaxing, and watching.
