3D Sketching

- At this point and time we're ready to do some 3D sketching. To get started with 3D sketching I'm not going to choose a plane like I would normally do if I'm going to start a sketch. All I'm going to do is go over here to Sketches, click on the drop-down directly below Sketch here, and click on 3D Sketch, okay. I'm going to choose the Line command and notice I'm in this XY plane. You can tell that by the icon directly below my cursor. It doesn't really matter though because I'm just going connect the dots. So I'm going to choose from this point here up to this point right here and then just double-click real quick which will end that line segment, do the same thing right here. I'm going to start from this point here and drag a line vertically up to the line here, and if it didn't happen to snap to vertical, if it happened to be over here maybe, that's totally fine as long as it's connected to this line at the top. I can then click on this line and I'd say, "Along X, Along Y, or Along…
