Adding fillets to a part

- If you'd like to add nice, smooth, rounded corners to your part the tool for the job is called Fillet. Click on Fillet and I can choose the radius of the fillet I'd like to add. And then click on an edge and it will automatically just round that corner off for you. If you click on a face instead it will click on all those corners and do the same thing to all the corners involved on that part. If I undo that, I can see it if I change the order of how I place fillet, you'll also drastically affect the part. If I choose this face right here and choose a fillet, notice these corners here, here, and here have these little sharp corners on them. See those there. If I go back and I click on a fillet and if I add a fillet to this corner, this corner, and this corner first, all in one shot, and then I come back and add a fillet to the top, now you're getting these nice smooth rounded corners. So keep in mind how you fillet a part makes a lot of difference. These are all individual features…
