Auxiliary views

- [Narrator] Auxiliary views are great if you're trying to look at surface that's not easily shown with a standard projection. In this case here, you can see I have this part here, and if I go and use a regular projection, you can see I have a view here on the left. Looks pretty good. I have one here at the top. If I click on this one again here, I can click on project a view up here. But you can see that these holes here are not really showing up correctly. I can do an isometric review, but I'd really like to see this top surface here. So go ahead and click on escape to get out of that view creation. Now, to create an auxiliary view, you want to choose the surface that is perpendicular to the face you would like to see. So in this case here, I'm going to go ahead and choose that one there, choose auxiliary view. You can see, you can just drag one out, and that's looking directly down on that surface there. It's giving us the angle that it's looking at, so it's showing that it's…
