- [Instructor] Now when working with splines, after we've created the geometry, and outside of the options that are available in the property tab, we also have several spline tools that are available to us. First let's talk about the controls. So now we know that we have these insertion points along, and these are used to control the shape of the spline. If we select the spline, it turns on our various tools for spline. The first one that we've got here is adding tangency control. This adds a tangency control handle that you can drag along and position just like we have right here. So I'm going to select that, click on tangency control, and I'm going to start adding a new control. So you can see here how that's already affected our geometry by adding another point. I'm going to do that one more time, turn on the tool and just select another point right here and we've added another control.
