Create linear and circular patterns

- [Instructor] Linear and circular patterns are a great way to take one cut or one feature in pattern all the way across your part. If you didn't have this tool, it take you a lot of work to individually create each one of those sketches or create a very complicated sketch with all these individual features in it. But right now, what I can do is just create a hole like this one here and then use the linear pattern tool to pattern that across my part. So the first thing I need to choose is which direction I want to go in. So I can either choose something like an edge, like this edge here, going along that direction, or I can choose a face. All right, and notice this little arrow here, I can flip that or over to the other side, so I'm going the other direction. And let's go ahead and choose this actual hole right here.
