Create multiple vents using a linear pattern

- [Narrator] The next thing that we're going to add to the enclosure is a series of vents on the top, just to give some cooling air flow to your PCB. Your project might not need this, or maybe it needs more of them or different position or size but you can modify these to suit your own needs. So open the top part of the enclosure, and let's start a sketch on the plane that's parallel to this large upper face. So for me, this is the front plane. So start the sketch and then go Normal tool, so we're looking down from above. Then from the Sketch tab, choose the slot tool and choose a straight slot. And let's draw a slot roughly here, go straight over and position it something like that. Then select the Smart Dimension tool and let's set the size of this. So let's make it three millimeters high and 30 millimeters long. And then we can set the exact position from the origin. So from the center of the slot, let's make it 15…
