Create a new assembly

- So far, we've created four different components for our Sterling Engine. And now we're going to start putting them all together, in an assembly. The first thing that we'll do is open all four of the parts in solid works. So we should have the fly wheel, fly wheel bracket, a crank, and the base. And you can switch between your open documents, just by pressing control and tab like this. Let's go to the base part and we want to start an assembly using this part. So just go up to File, and press Make Assembly From Part. So now we're taken to a new blank assembly and you can see all your open documents here on the left. If you're missing any, don't worry too much at this stage, we can easily find those later. But for now let's select the base, by left clicking, and then just click on this green tick at the top. And that will insert that part fixed to the origin. So we can see the part here on the left, in the parts…
