- [Instructor] We now know how to add tools to our tool library but what if we want to create a custom tool. It's pretty straight forward and easy and generally I start most of my tools as a custom tool and define exactly what I'm actually going to be using, versus selecting through a library and just having the modifier edit the tool to get exactly what I need. So, let me show you how to do that. First things first, go up here to Tool Library, click on that. And let's go ahead and click on New Tool, click on that. And I can just right from the beginning start defining the type of tool. So, over here under General, I want to define a drill. So, I'm going to say this is going to be tool number three, It's going to have flood coolant and the material, I can choose either high speed steel or carbide or whatever.
