- [Instructor] In this example, I'm going to show you how to create a named view. Now named views are pretty easy to create, and all you need to do is come up here to the View Orientation and click on the dropdown for that, and notice over here you've got the view selector, which we just saw, you have this one called New View and that's what we want to click on. So we click on New View, and we can call it whatever we want, so I'm going to type V1 for view number one. Click on OK and now we have a new view. This is the view. So whatever orientation you have your model in when you create a new view, that's what we just saved. So if we come up here again, click on that dropdown, there's V1, right, if I click over here and I click on the top view, go over here, come back again, I come back over here to the view, now I want to turn that view selector off, I hate that thing in general.
