- [Instructor] SOLIDWORKS has massively improved the detailing mode for drawings inside a SOLIDWORKS. To get into the detailing mode, you need to click on, the open dialog box. And you can see here, I've got a drawing. If you click on the drawing itself, here it is. And notice the mode, this little dialog box shows up over here. And we have the quick view option, we have the detailing, we have lightweight and resolved. Resolved is going to go look for all those models or assemblies and it's going to pull in that data and link it together. The lightweight mode is going to make all those components lightweight, so they're easier to open, and then the detailing mode is actually what we want to be in here. And if I click on that one, and click on open, it will show this little dialog box here, telling us what we can do in detailing. So we can add annotations like notes, balloons, to the drawings we can add detail views, break…
