Face
- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to be looking at creating a facing operation. Now a facing operation is generally going to be the first operation you're going to do on machining your component or your part. So to do that, let's go up here under 2D milling, and the very first one here is called face, go ahead and choose that one there. And by default my tool is not selected, so I'm going to go head over here to the library and choose a facing tool. Now notice we don't really have any tools that would be really great for facing. You could use this 5/8 inch in mill, but you'd be doing a lot of passes. So I'm going to go ahead and search through the library and find a tool that might work out. So I'm going to go ahead and just search through here come down here to inch and go to aluminum. Alright, and let's go through here and see if we can find a face type of tool. Down here. I don't really see anything in that category. Come up here, under by type. And go over here and say…
