Filleting the flywheel

- For the finishing touches to our model, we will now add a number of fillets. Since fillets create faces and edges that can be used to create additional fillets, the order in which we create them is important, and sometimes if a fillet does not solve as expected, repositioning it in the feature manager may help. It is not a necessity, but for similar reasons, and if you intend using different size fillets, try to create your larger fillets, first. And finally, leave cosmetic fillets until the end of your model's design, so they can be easily suppressed, without affecting other features, if needed. With this in mind, let's get to it. From the features command bar, select the "Fillet" command. With a "Radius" entry box preselected, enter a value of 20 millimeters, and "Enter" once. Make sure you have the fillet type set to "Constant size".
