- [Instructor] Previously, we added subassemblies for the rear wheel and the crank set using STEP files. And in this video, we're going to continue that process and add the seat and the front fork and handlebars. Let's start with the seat. So open your current assembly in SOLIDWORKS, and then find the folder on your computer where you saved the exercise files. The file we want to import is the Seat Assembly.STEP file. So just drag this into SOLIDWORKS. That will start to import. And when it does, it should look something like this. Let's move it to roughly the correct position and then mate it in place. So I'm going to select the circular face of this tube and also a circular face of this tube and make those concentric. Then I'm going to spin the seat around so it's facing forwards, and then I'm going to find a plane in the seat assembly, such as the front plane, and then select the corresponding plane in the assembly.…
