Importing model items

- [Instructor] In this example I'm going to be bringing in this part into a drawing and then importing some model dimensions. Now you have the option when you're creating dimensions to mark them as for import into the drawing. You can easily get to those over here if you click on maybe the original sketch here. Let's go ahead and edit that sketch. And then over here you can see I have this 1.5 inch dimension. Double click on that one there. You can see here I have this button here highlighted. It says mark dimension to be imported into drawing. If you go ahead and turn that off it won't be imported. If you do leave it on it will be imported into the drawing when you select to import those dimensions. Go ahead and click okay. Notice that I've got a couple of those already preset up here. Exit back out of there. Let's go ahead and create a drawing. So I'm going to go up here to make drawing from part. Click on that. Use my default template. Click on okay. Let's go ahead and just drag in…
