Insert the joystick and adjust main case
- Now that we've finished making the joysticks, we can add them to the main assembly. Open the joystick part and also open the assembly. This should have the two controller halves, the two sets of buttons, and then these two single center buttons. If you're starting this video fresh and you want to use the exercise files, you'll have to unzip the exercise files from chapter six, the previous chapter, and then open the assembly file. That's 06_05_Model and Add the Center Buttons.SLDASM. You'll also need to open the joystick part that we just made in the previous video. That's 07_01_Model the Joystick.SLDPRT. Go to the Assembly tab and click on Insert Components and you should see your Joystick part there. And if you don't, as usual, you can click Browse and find that file on your computer.
