Insert a new part into the assembly
- [Instructor] Now that we have an assembly with a PCB part in it, we're actually going to start on the enclosure itself. We're going to insert a new part into the assembly, and then create the general enclosure shape, and then later on we'll split that into separate halves and add more details. The first thing that we're going to do is go over to the Assembly tab, and then click on this drop-down underneath Insert Components, and then select New Part. At first it looks like nothing's really happened, but if you look at the mouse pointer, you can see we now have this green tick next to the cursor. This indicates that we need to choose either a plain or a flat face to start the new part on, and we're going to choose one of the assembly planes for this.
