- [Instructor] When working with Mesh BREP bodies, we still can't use every single feature in SolidWorks. In the 2018 help file, they've got a good list here of all of the features that are supported by Mesh BREP bodies. Solid and surface mesh types and then graphics mesh types. So you can see with the graphics meshes, you really can't use a lot of features. You can sketch and use that reference geometry, you can delete bodies, you can convert it to a mesh, you can do a few of those things, but not very much. Whereas if you convert it to a solid or a surface mesh type, you have many more functions available to you and you can edit the geometry, using many more of the functions we've talked about in this course. So if you ever forget what you can do with a specific Mesh BREP body or you're trying to use a specific feature, take a look at the help file at what's supported.
