- [Instructor] Creating lofts can be a complicated process. And in this video, I want to show you how we can create a fairly complex shape using those guide curves. So to lay out what I have here, is I've got a starting plane here. On that plane, I have just a point. So here's my point, which is the starting point, which is right there. I've got this profile in the center, I've got an ending point, which is again, is just a point. I've got a lower guide, and I've got an upper guide, and then I've got the original profile down here, which is defining the shape. So you can start from a point, if you want to, which we'll create a cone, anytime you're doing a loft. To create this feature, we need to go up here to features and come over here to loft.
