- [Instructor] When you run into problems with your SolidWorks PDM installations that you simply can't overcome, it's always a good idea to take a look at your log file in the SolidWorks administrative tool. This is going to have some information which might point out what's going on and it will show you the things that have changed most recently. So, let's take a look at our tool. I'm going to go ahead and log in here. And we can check really quick, if we right click, just what our system history is. This is good place to start. It shows us how we've modified things, when it's been modified, and who made the changes. You can print this out. You can also go down to the log file right here. And this gives you a more complete list of all the things that happen. Basically, this is the kind of log that you would see coming out of your Windows management tool.
