- [Instructor] Whenever we're creating a revolve, a revolved cut, or a circular pattern, more than likely we're going to need to use an axes. Now there's several different ways to create an axes and I want to cover them right now so first thing's first, under the features tab, come over here to reference geometry and come down here to axis. Now as far as my selections, I'm going to click and choose them out here in the window but we have several different ways to create an axes. The first one here is a one line edge axes so that just allows me to put an axes along an existing edge pretty straight forward and simple. If you just kind of get out of this one here, you can also choose something like a two point vertices so like a point over here and maybe a point over here and that creates and axes between the two. Okay, so if you create an axes here you can see it. Let's do it one more time. This option here is for two planes. If I choose maybe like the top plane and how about the right…
