- [Instructor] In this example, I'm going to show you several different swept cuts. Now the first one I want to point out is this one around the outside perimeter of this shape here. So I have a shape very similar to something like a router bit here which I've defined here, and it's called sketch number two, and we want to take that sketch number two, and we want to bring it all the way around that outside perimeter of the shape. So I basically just converted that entity or just kind of created another line going around the outside perimeter, so that's going to be our very first profile. Go ahead and click on features. Come over here to a swept cut, and as far as my sketch profile, I'm going to come over here to the dropdown, and choose it from the tree, so I'm going to choose the sketch number two as my profile and my path is going to be sketch number three. Click on okay and you can see there I quickly can remove all that material around the outside perimeter of my shape, very…
