Model the air tube

- [Instructor] We now have our assembly with the two air valves. But we actually need to join them together. To do this, we'll use a flexible tube. And in real life, this will be something like a rubber tube. We would attach it at both ends of the valve, and then it would just naturally make its path between them. In our model, we'll do something similar. We'll create a new part within the assembly that's fixed to both valves. And then we'll use a swept boss base to actually make the tube. Open your assembly and go to the assembly tab, and click on the dropdown underneath insert components. And this time choose new parts. Now, depending on your settings, you might be prompted to enter file name now. If you do just write connecting tube and press, OK. But either way you should end up back in the assembly with a small green tick next to the cursor. And this indicates that we need to choose a flat face or plane to start the…
