- [Instructor] Just like with part and assembly files, we can use the open dialog box to adjust references when dealing with drawing files. It just becomes a little bit unclear sometimes what references you're actually dealing with. Let me show you what I'm talking about. The files that I'm using here in this example will not be provided. So, I'm gonna go to Open here, so we have these filter buttons here. If you're not aware, you can do top level, drawing, assembly and part. I'm gonna do it by drawing. If I look at this Test Station model right here, this is a model of an assembly. If I click on the file references, I just see the top level assembly here. That's because the drawing views that I created only reference this top level model. So, I'm gonna go ahead and click OK, leave it as is, I'm gonna open up this drawing. Now, if I go up into the File, Pack and Go on this drawing, you'll notice that this contains many, many more references than just that assembly file. It's gonna…
