Pack and Go: Using the zip feature

- [Instructor] So another thing you can do with the Pack and Go feature is simply make a zip file. So this obviously a compressed version of all the stuff that you have. It's pretty simple, you just open the Pack and Go, Dialog, click on Save to Zip file, decide where you want the zip to go. So I'm gonna call this testzip, put it in my documents folder. You can see that that updates. And again you have all the options that you had before. If you wanna change names, include drawings, all of this other data, gives you your full tally here, same as before, just now we're gonna have a compressed zip file, which we can copy and paste, put on a flash drive, load up to a Dropbox account or a Box account, and make it much simpler to share with some other people who don't have access to our files. So I go ahead and click Save. This takes a little bit longer than the normal Pack and Go because you do have to compress all the files.
