- [Voiceover] To continue detailing out this project I want to create a drawing for this roof section here. So I'm gonna go and open up the file first, then click on file, make drawing from part, choose a basic template... and go ahead and drag in a roof section here. I'm gonna use the front view, and I can also use a projected view to show me the top or the bottom of this or the side if I wanted to. As soon as I have that, I'm gonna bring in what's called a weldment cut list. Now click on insert, tables, weldment cut list. I'm gonna choose one of these views, which can be that one there. Use the basic one then click on OK, and drop it in. Now you're saying, wait there's nothing in it. What's going on here? Well we've missed one very important step, so we have to go back to this part. So click on this part, open the part, and come up here to our cut list. Now notice our cut list... is, all the parts are here, but what I need to do is right click on it first and say, update.
