Positioning holes in 3D

- [Instructor] The Hole Wizard can be used to place holes on a flat plane. But we can also use the same exact tool in 3D. So the first thing you need to do is come up here to the Hole Wizard and notice I didn't pre-select anything at all. And right over here, I'm going to switch over to a tapped hole, I'm going to click into the inch system here and I'm going to switch down to a quarter 20 tapped hole and I'm going to say the end condition is going to be blind and half inch looks good, everything else looks pretty good here. So now what I want to do is go over here to the positions. Now, notice, because nothing is selected, it's asking me, hey do you want to start a 3D sketch? And most of time, the answer is going to be no, I want to pre-select a face that I want to put the holes on but in this case, I do want to make a 3D sketch.
