- [Narrator] There are some moments when you're modeling something that just has complex geometry that isn't easily explained using standard three views or some of the other standard section views that are available. In this particular example, we have this grip of a wrench that is a complex shape. You can see it's got an arch in here that moves in an interesting way like a spine but then it also changes thicknesses as it goes along. It's hard to see what exactly is going on the inside from just using a typical side view. So this is a great example where removed section is going to clearly define what's going on across that thickness. And we can also do that at the angle in which this arc changes which is also nice I mean, we can have a straight up and down section view but sometimes that's not exactly what we want.
