The tap should be ½-13. You selected ½-20. I don't know if you will notice this later, but you go through a lengthy discussion about making sure you have the correct tools, when you don't. This is probably a common mistake that must be watched carefully. You will be selecting a drill later, hopefully you will notice the error then.
