- [Instructor] One tool that you'll want to take advantage of if you're handling installations and maintenance is the SOLIDWORKS RX tool, this works to troubleshoot issues that you just can't figure out and when you want to actually save everything that's happening and create a complete log to send in to your application engineer or support team to help you figure out what's needed, this can be a very strong tool. So you just go down to your Start menu, go to SOLIDWORKS Tools, and you'll see the SOLIDWORKS RX. Now the best way to use it is by using the Problem Capture when you have a capture, but you see here it's actually, holds much more than that, you can run a diagnostic on your system and see if there's any kinds of issues.
