Set up saved views
- [Instructor] So camera poses, you saw, really make a difference in making your animation more interesting and more visually appealing and it also helps focus or direct the viewer's eyes. So make sure you understand how to save a view and how to use it in animation. So if you're in SolidWorks, remember the best way is first to define your views by pressing down the spacebar, figure out how you wanna pose your view, whatever way it is. And then save that view using the add new view tool. Give it a name, and then in your animation you're gonna use the Orientation and Camera Views. Make sure that's enabled. And then you can set your timeline where you wanna add the key point for the view change and then right click on the Orientation and Camera. Go to View Orientation and select the view you wanna use. And then double check that you actually see the key placed. And that it's set to the correct orientation. It's not working in this file either. So it'll take the standard views, for…
