Setting up a path
- [Instructor] So, I know a lot of students are gonna think that traveling along a path is really cool, and they really are gonna wanna see how I made the magic happen. So, let's start by, here's the marble and here's the origin. So there's the center of the marble that I created. And I can come over and I'll take a measurement between the center of the marble, the origin of the marble, and the bottom of the maze, okay? So, basically, that face right there. And it tells me the distance is 2.5, right? So that locates my plane, where I want the plane to be for my path. So, I'd select this base right here, this face, and I'd say I want to add a plane for my path, and the distance from my plane is gonna be that 2.5 millimeters. Remember, that distance between the bottom of the face and the origin, okay? So that's the plane for my path. And I can move that plane anywhere I want, really, in my model. So there's the plan that I'm gonna use for my path. So now I can add a sketch the plane…
