Sketching in Views vs. Sheets

- [Instructor] When sketching in drawings the main thing that you want to pay attention to is where exactly you're sketching at any given time. There is a difference between sketching in a drawing view and on the sheet just generally. So what do I mean by that? I'm going to go up here to the sketch tab and just create some lines. I'm going to hover over this drawing view and just start sketching. So I'm just going to put this little triangle in here and hit escape. Now you can see when I hit escape the colors of the lines change from blue to gray. If I click on the drawing view again they turn back to blue, so what this is indicating is that this sketch entity that I have in here is part of this drawing view. So as I grab this drawing view and move it across the sheet, you'll notice that the sketch that I put in it stays with it and is highlighted blue when I'm dragging it because I'm editing it. And when I let go, click over on the other side of the screen, it goes back to gray. If I…
