- [Instructor] When you're looking to increase your performance in Solidworks, sometimes it's helpful to use a SpeedPak configuration. When you have large assemblies, such as the one I have on my screen, they have a lot of parts in them and a lot of detail. Sometimes it can be very cumbersome to load them, open them, close them, change parts. There's just a lot of data in the background. Let's go ahead and walk through making a SpeedPak. Go to your configuration tab. Simply just right click on the default configuration and click Add New SpeedPak. This is going to give you faces to include, bodies to include, or other reference geometry. For this, I'm just going to go by body. I'm going to select the front loader, the front arms, and the front cylinders, because maybe this is all I care about in my geometry right now. Obviously like you saw, if I select something on accident, I can just click it again to un-select it. Now that I have all those selected I just hit the green check mark…
